All ISP's will have to agree to the Dialup USA terms of service prior to using the service. This terms of service must be agreed to by each enduser prior to them using the service. The terms of service should be included on your website. The terms of service outlines usage limits, billing, and cancellation policies and contains protection for you and Dialup USA.

Dialup USA strictly enforces the terms under the terms of service. If you have any questions , they should be asked before signing up for Dialup USA service.

Under no circumstances do we allow the hosting of adult related material, illegal websites, cracks, hackers or warez sites on our network. We also strictly forbid bulk email, and spam from being sent through our network. If we find that under any circumstances that you knowingly allowing any of these practices from our network or to promote your ISP, your account with Dialup USA will be subject to immediate suspension.
